What The Lord Intends (Sack Summer Hunger)

Up on Saturday, rain or no
in discipleship we go.
Separate the food and say a prayer
for those of us gathered there.
And the families we will go to see,
in fellowship and community.
We visit the families one by one,
a smile, some food, God’s will be done.

In summer we meet once a week

and we say good-bye to our summer friends.
