SFA Benefit – Great Show for a Great Cause

PDP marque and SFA    First of all, thanks to the Autism Treatment Center for allowing me to hold fundraisers for their benefit. A thank you to David Card (poor David himself) for letting me hold the first event at the best listening room in Dallas – Poor David’s Pub. Thanks to Carlos Sanchez and Jason for supplying the fantastic sound. Thanks to John and Suzanne Mason – John played and Suzanne put together the baskets for the raffle and gathered donations for those baskets. Thanks to Six Flags for their contributions to the baskets. There are still baskets for future events.

Thanks to Tone Shop Guitars for donating the Fender guitar for the performers to sign. It will be at future events and each performer will sign it.

And thanks to the performers for taking time out to come and play. Believe me, they played their hearts out. If you weren’t there, you really missed out.  Thanks to Jerry Hahn and Printing Etc. for printing the posters and the bumper stickers. The bumper stickers will be available wherever Dan Roark is playing and will be available on his website soon.

I will write about the show next, but I wanted to thank everyone who helped in any way to put on the first Songwriters For Autism benefit show.

Keep writing the songs that are in your heart.

Peace be with you.
